Meet production technician Richard Karlsson

Richard has been a valued employee at EWES since 2011. Recently he received the offer to grow within the company under a new position as production technician. We asked Richard how he enjoys being at EWES and what he finds hard to resist.

Swedish summer evenings with family and friends.

If you didn’t have to work for money – what would you do in life?
I would go on a boat journey with no particular destination.

Which are your tasks?
I’m a production technician.

What does a typical day at work look like?
My days are very varied. Since I got a new position during the year, there’s a lot to learn about production technology.

What’s the best thing about your job?
That every day is different. It always varies.

What do you think characterizes EWES as an employer?
At EWES, we are a happy bunch with a lot of community. We often do things together outside of work too – and it’s great fun.

What’s your best advice to someone who is curious about working at EWES?
To always be open and curious to learn new things.
